Ed Faigin

Ed Faigin went into the animation business in 1945, following his older brother Morey. He began at Screen Gems, a company that supplied animated special effects to live action films. It was Ed Faigin who animated the burning bush in Cecile B. DeMille's The Ten Commandments. Ed worked as an assistant animator at Shamus Culhane, Hanna-Barbera, Filmation and Warner Bros. He received animation crew credits on the 1980s shorts Night of the Living Duck, Quackbustersand The Duxorcist. Ed had a dual career as a SAG voice talent. He has voice credits on William Castle produced phonograph record of Frankenstein, working with Boris Karloff, and he was a featured voice on UPAs Dick Tracy series.
