Animator and director WARREN BATCHELDER died on February 12, 2007, at the age of eighty-nine. From 1936 until his retirement in 2002, he worked for Warner Bros., UPA, Ed Graham, DePatie-Freleng and Marvel. In 1987 he received the Animation Guild Golden Award.
