Special-effects artist, checker and union officer JONI JONES (LILLIAN) FITTS died on November 16 at the age of seventy-three. From 1966 until 1996 she worked for DePatie-Freleng, Warners, Filmation, Animation Camera, C&D, Orsatti, Hanna-Barbera, Disney, Cool Productions and Calvert. She served on Local 839's Executive Board from 1980 to 1982 and as Vice-President from 1982 to 1983.
