Noted background artist DICK THOMAS died on December 31, 1996. From 1936 until his retirement in 1988 he worked as a background artist for Warner Bros., Disney, Hanna-Barbera, Eagle, DePatie-Freleng, Krantz and Filmation. In 1986 he received the Golden Award.
